so i saw him tonight. we get off the phone, because i think i wore that poor boy out. seconds later, he calls back. i figured it was an accident. but then he says "i just wanted to say i love you". but it isn't like he forgot to say it at least three times on the previous phonecall. he said he just "wanted to make sure i knew it one more time".
and he's the most beautiful, sincere, amazing person in the world.

so yeah, i haven't updated in forever.
here's the 411 on things lately:
-i made madrigals..!!!!!!!!!!
-i *might* be taking over coffeehouse next year..knock on wood.
-i'm pretty happy these days.
-i've discovered the secret to happiness: feeling good about yourself, and not caring if you're "changing" a little..change is good. i've given up my days of being all gross and not looking good..i decided i like looking pretty..it makes me happier if that's not shallow.
-love is awesomer than anything
-my birthday is in two weeks today. i know i'm getting a fiddle, lessons, cds, and a bunny. what are YOU getting me???

so i went over to dane's tonight. i had an amazing time. other than sucessfully being vegetarian for three days running, actually supporting him/wanting to learn to skate for myself, and getting along with his mother, the boy couldn't have been more awesome. he's smart, funny, gorgeous, sensitive, sweet, caring, passionate, and kindhearted. he's the only thing i need in life, and without him i dont know who or where i'd be.
and. i found pics of him that i thought were adorable. they are as follows:

oh my god
in the previous entry, i was obviously quite intoxicated. i dont want to delete it because i personally find it hilarious.
but here's what i think i was getting at:
05 was definetly one of the best years i have ever had. i grew closer to so many people, especially you dane. i had so many ups and downs with you this year, and i can't wait for the ups to follow this next one. i love you more than anyone alive and i can't wait to see what this new year holds for us(our apartment, you getting a car, camping, everything). i also grew very close to my best friend rhyan. i love her so much, and i can't think of one thing i've had to go through without her being there. all of our moments-smoking 26 bowls, BIFFING AROUND, writing on the walls, summer trips, scary black guys, pocahontas, "we'll have dreads by morning!"..all of these times and more will live in my mind(well, except the ones i've blacked out on..hehe) forever.
i'm really sorry if anyone thinks i'm leaving them out. i only included dane and rhyan because they're my best friends..there are many others(katie, kaitlyn, olivia, amanda, etc) who i have had amazing and unforgettable times with this year, and i definetly woulnd't trade that for anything.
so here's to 2006..i can't wait to see how messed up i'll be, how many mistakes i'll make, and most of all, the fun but probably immature things to commence.
